Description
Подобные стали дл фасонного лить хорошие свариваютс без закалки в жидких средах, но имеют недостаточно высокий предел текучести (пор дка 40-45 кг/мм).Known weldable steel containing carbon up to 0.1%, manganese-0.3-0.55%, silicon -0.2-0, -i5%, chromium- 1.3-1.7%, nickel -1 , 4-1.8%, molybdenum-0.2-0, and vanadium - 0.08-0.15%. Such steels for shaped casting are good welded without quenching in liquid media, but they do not have a sufficiently high yield strength (of the order of 40-45 kg / mm).
A new steel grade (DXH1 IFF) is proposed, in which, to improve weldability and mechanical properties, in addition to the known components, 0.4-0.65% of copper is introduced.
ч. The content of molybdenum in the coal can be replaced by tungsten at the rate of 1 wt. including molybdenum replaced by 2.5 weight. h of tungsten.
Так, например, сталь марки ДХН1 МФЛ по жидкотекучести значительно превосходит сталь марки 35Л дл фасонного лить .The proposed steel has been tested for fluidity, weldability, and the integrity of welds on flat specimens. The test results showed that steel, having good weldability, high fluidity and high strength in welded joints, surpasses most of the well-known steel grades for shaped casting in its mechanical properties. So, for example, steel DKH1 IFF for fluidity significantly exceeds steel 35L for shaped casting.
70.The described steel has the following properties: the proportionality limit is 59-63 kg / mm, the yield strength is 69.5-72 kg1mm, the ultimate strength is 85.7-88 kg1mm, the relative elongation is 17.6-19.2%, the relative narrowing 50–60%, impact viscosity –6–7 kgm / m. On cast samples, the proposed steel guarantees, after normalization and tempering, the strength category K70.
These properties make it possible to use the described steel for shaped steel casting of a complex configuration, which prevents the use of heat treatment associated with quenching.
