Description

The dissolution of zinc sulfide in sulfuric acid to produce sulfate is known. It is also known to remove from the wastewater viscose production of dissolved gases and bunks (hydrogen sulfide, carbon disulfide) by blowing with air OR by vacuuming. There is also a known method of treating the acidic effluents of industrial enterprises, including the factories of viscose fiber, with sodium sulphide. In addition, the precipitation of zinc from industrial solutions by sodium sulphide is known. It is also found that zinc is precipitated from acidic solutions with sodium sulphide, but it does not precipitate iron, however, without a precise indication of the pH values of these solutions.

2,5-3,5.The proposed wastewater treatment method of viscose fiber plants differs from the known ones in order to improve the purification process and combine it with the zinc sulphate regeneration process, wastewater treatment with sodium sulfide is carried out at pH values of 2.5-3.5.

ОдновоомрРН н гьпцаютс  сероуглеродом и сероводородом (продуктами распада вискозы).Dryness of the proposed method is as follows. Viscose and alkaline (from dialyzers) drains, after preliminary averaging, are treated with part of the acidic effluent of plasticization baths for about four hours and acidified to pH-2; the viscose contained in them is destroyed, and the regenerated cellulose forms flakes, which are deposited in the vertical sedimentation tanks or clarifiers. At the same time, the wastewater is also partially freed by the article of low molecular weight cellulose fractions contained in dialyzer drains. OdnavomrnR n gptsayut with carbon disulfide and hydrogen sulfide (products of decay of viscose).

Plasticization drains, most saturated with zinc, are mixed with the remaining zinc-containing effluents (waste water, effluents from the sludge circulating circulation systems
