Abstract
I (ЛThe invention relates to medical technology and relates mainly to inhalation devices used in physiotherapy for the delivery of water or drug aerosols based on an air-oxygen mixture to a patient. The purpose of the invention is to increase the stability of the temperature of the mixture. The moistened oxygen or medicinal aerosol through the hose 5 enters the hollow tube 1, as it moves, is heated and through the circulation nozzle 6 is delivered to the patient. At the same time, the sensor controls the temperature of the mixture maintained at this level by the heating element 2. When the device's mode of operation changes, sensor 7 sends a signal to the temperature control unit through cable 11. Depending on the magnitude of the signal, the magnitude of the current feeding the heating element 2 varies, and accordingly its temperature and the temperature of the flow of the aerosol oxygen mixture. The invention makes it possible to improve the therapeutic effect by increasing the stability of the temperature of the mixture. 1 il. I (L

The invention relates to medical technology and relates mainly to gambling devices used in physical therapy for supplying a national or medical aerosol based on air-oxygen mixture.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the stability of the temperature of the mixture.
The drawing shows the device, a General view in section.
3The device for feeding the mixture contains an Iola tube 1 with a heating element 2 connected to a source of oxygen and liquid by means of fittings 3
8. I4 through a hose 5 and with a circulation one (asadd 6. At the outlet of tube 1 there is installed a temperature sensor 7 and a unit for controlling the temperature of the mixture (not shown). Cluster |) y; k11 Ji coaxially with tube 1 an optional heat insulating tube is installed 8. I
I Датчик 7 температуры и нагревательный элемент 2 через соединительную систему чонтактна розетка 9, вилка 10 (обе выпол- 1ены в форме полукруга) и кабель 11 св заны с блоком управлени температурой (не показан).I A temperature sensor 7 and a heating element 2 through a connecting system, a contact socket 9, a plug 10 (both are made in the shape of a semicircle) and a cable 11 are connected to a temperature control unit (not shown).
The heating element 2 can be made of a nichrome spiral, the tube 1 is made of quartz glass, and the heat insulating tube of the tube 8 is made of an asbestos cord and tape. I The device works as follows.
The moistened oxygen or medicinal aerosol through the hose 5 enters the tube 1, as it moves, it is heated i through the circulation nozzle 6 is delivered to the patient. In this case, the temperature sensor 7 controls the temperature of the mixture maintained at a predetermined level by the heating element 2. In case of a change in the operating mode of the device (when the temperature switches, when the flow rate changes, if there are random changes in the external environment), sensor 7 sends a signal to the unit through cable II temperature control. Depending on the size of the signal
0, the magnitude of the current feeding the heating element 2 varies, and, accordingly, its temperature and the temperature of the flow of an aerosol-oxygen mixture.
Using the feeder
The oxygen – oxygen mixture makes it possible to virtually eliminate the destabilizing effect of such variable parameters as the length of the hoses, the pressure in the oxygen source, the ambient temperature and its state, which leads to an improvement in the therapeutic effect.
