The invention relates to the industry of building materials, in particular to the equipment of plants for the production of building mineral fiber.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the service life, reduce energy consumption and improve the quality of mineral fiber.
Figure 1 shows the feeder, a general view; figure 2 - the same plan
5.The feeder consists of plates 1, a spout plate 2 with two rows of spinnerets 3 on it. In the center of the plate, between rows of spinnerets, a gas burner 4 is mounted. At the opposite ends of the spin plate, there are current conductors 5.
The feeder works as follows.
A mineral melt is fed to the die plate 2, which, as it passes through the die nozzles 3, is formed into bulbs from which fibers are drawn ,: Heating of the feeder is carried out through & current leads 5 passing electric-: Kim current. When the first melt pockets flow through the nozzles, the gas burner 4 is ignited. This allows to reduce the temperature load on the feeder, which increases the service life and reduces the cost of electricity.
Одновременно сокращает- сй расход электроэнергии на разогрев массивного питател ,The flame of the gas burner maintains the required temperature of the feeder die to ensure a stable process of fiber-forming of the mineral melt at a lower temperature of the nozzle floor, and hence the entire feeder as a whole, which saves the feeder from overheating, and this, in turn, significantly increases its service life, protects the feeder from premature burnout. At the same time, it reduces electricity consumption for heating a massive feeder,
In addition, when using the proposed feeder, the quality of the mineral fiber is improved.
Burning atmospheric oxygen at the interface of the mineral melt — the feeder material — air, from the outside of the spinnerets, the burner flame creates a protective atmosphere around the spinneret and the forming mineral fiber. Due to the absence of oxygen, the oxidation of the spinnerets at the interface with air and melt is slowed down. Filtration gauge holes retain the original inner diameter, which creates favorable conditions for a sustainable process of obtaining a mineral fiber of a given quality,
5 All this is possible only if
В этом случае плам горелки концентрируетс на фильеру, что позвол етcoaxial arrangement of the gas burner holes with: feeder dies. In this case, the burner flame is concentrated on the die, which allows
0 to fulfill all the above proposals for improving the performance of the feeder,
The consumption of natural gas is calculated specifically for each case separately, depending on the number of spinnerets and their diameter, as well as on the temperature of production of mineral melts of various chemical composition.
The use of a feeder of this design allows to increase the term
Q services of feeders by 6-10% due to the operation of the feeder at lower temperatures (the probability of overheating and burner burner decreases) J to reduce energy costs by 4-6% by reducing the electricity consumption going to heat the entire feeder, and improve the quality of the mineral fiber produced by 3-5% by maintaining the calibration holes of the nozzles.
