Description
50%.A known method for the analytical determination of tributyl phosphate. The method makes it possible to make determinations with an absolute error of 1–2% (relative error for small outcomes), aci x reaches 20–40%). The interval for determination of concentrations is from 5 to 50%.
A spectrophotometric method is proposed for the determination of tributyl phosphate and diisoamyl ester of methylphosphonate acid in solvents such as saturated hydrocarbons and kerosene within concentrations ranging from 0.1% and 0.6% (by volume) and higher, respectively, for the indicated compounds. The method consists in measuring the optical density in the analyzed solutions at preselected wavelengths in the infrared region of the spectrum and determining the concentration using calibration curves.
The analysis is simple, requires little substance and time to carry out the determination.
The proposed method of spectroscopic determination of these compounds is not described in the literature.
The accuracy of the analysis is much higher than the chemical method. The error of determination is from 4% relative at concentrations in the order of 10%, to 8% relative at concentrations in the order of 0.01%. The detection sensitivity is two orders of magnitude higher than the known method and corresponds to the absolute sensitivity of 8 mg of tributyl phosphate.
The proposed method is simple. The technique can be reproduced on any infrared spectrometer.
To determine the determination of tributyl phosphate and diisoamyl ester of methylphosphonic acid in various diluents, characteristic absorption bands of these substances were chosen, which do not overlap with any of the absorption bands of diluents. The selection of these bands was made by studying the IR absorption spectra of tributyl phosphate, methylphosphonic acid diisoamyl ester and various diluents (Fig. 1, 2, 3). Bands of tributyl phosphate v 1025, 870 and

Определение концентрации экстрагента можно также проводить по формуле:.. vy Jr The determination of the extractant content in the samples is carried out by measuring the optical density at the maximum of the selected absorption band (D). The measured optical density is used to determine the concentration of the extractant using calibration graphs, which are constructed using standards prepared with high accuracy with the content of tributyl phosphate in kerosene 25; 20; 15; ten; five; 2.5; 2; one; 0.5; 0.25; 0.2; 0.1; 0.05; 0.02; 0.01% by volume, methylphosphonic acid diisoamyl ester with kerosene 5, 1, 0.6% by volume and tributyl phosphate in individual hydrocarbons - hexane, octane, decane, dodecane, tridecane 5, 3, 1% by volume, prepared from pure extractants and diluents . The determination of the concentration of the extractant can also be carried out according to the formula:
