Description
Известны рабозаградительные устройства к всасывающему патрубку насоса, включающие замкнутой формы сетку и промывное приспособление дл ее очистки с помощью воды. Промывное приспособление расположено внутри пространства, ограниченного сеткой. Предложенное устройство предназначено дл аналогичных целей, но оно проще известных и дл его привода используетс реактивна сила воды. Это достигаетс за счет выполнени предложенного устройства в виде трубчатой рамы с перфорировалньши элементами. Отверсти перфорированных элементов обращены к поверхности сетки таким образом, что равнодействующие реактивных сил струек воды, промывающих сетку, образуют пары сил. Устройство выполнено в виде цилиндрического барабана 1, бокова поверхность и днище которого зат нуты мелко чеистой латунной сеткой (предпочтительнее щтампованной) с чейками нужного размера . Крыщка барабана 1, из листовой стали, снабжена патрубком 2, предназначенным дл его присоединени к всасывающей трубе насоса. Внутри расположено вращающеес относительно оси барабана / промывное реактивно-струйное устройство 3, выполненное в виде пр моугольной Ф-образной рамки из стальных тонкостенных водогазопроводных труб, ось которого закреплена в подщипниках 4 и 5.The device is made in the form of a cylindrical drum 1, the side surface and the bottom of which are tightened with a finely cellular brass mesh (preferably stamped) with cells of the desired size.
