The invention relates to powder metallurgy and can be used in the processing of non-magnetic cathodic precipitation.
The aim of the invention is to reduce electrolyte losses and simplify the process.
The method is carried out as follows.
The cathode sediment is crushed dry to 0, A-0 mm (the requirement for coarseness) and then enriched in an organic liquid of a non-aqueous medium, which eliminates the solubility of salts, suppresses their hydrolysis and oxidation of the metal powder. The enrichment process in a non-aqueous medium consists of a stage of selective electrolyte comminution to a particle size of 0, 063–0 mm, the output of the finished product by classifying iOj063 mm by grain, separating the liquid phase from the enrichment products by, distillation and returning it to the process,
The selective grinding of electrolyte is based on a significant difference in the physicomechanical properties of the metal and the non-metallic component of the cathode deposit. When mixed in a dense non-aqueous pulp (T: L {1: 1-1: 2), stronger and larger metal particles act as grinding and abrasive bodies (with respect to the electrolyte). When conditioned in a dense pulp with a stirrer speed of 1500 rpm and a stirring time of 30 minutes, the bulk of the electrolyte is ground to 0.063-0 mm,
In the thus prepared pulp there is a difference in the size of the electrolyte and the chrome powder. The difference in the density of chromium (7.19 g / CCO and electrolyte (2.4 t / nm) makes it possible, when grading +0.063 mm, to carry out gravitational enrichment due to the unequal speed of the particles.
д.Aromatic hydrocarbons (for example benzene), low molecular weight alcohols, hydrocarbons, etc. can be used as a liquid nonaqueous medium.

OjA -O mm grain size ± 0.063 mm are given in Table.
From Table 1 it follows that when grinding a material with a particle size of 1-0 mm to 0} 4-0 mm, the yield of class -O „05 mm increases from HjO to 22.9-2456% while reducing the metal in the electrolyte to 4.8 3.7% (due to dilution of this class with electrolyte).
роклассификаци ,In the course of research, the following methods were tested as dry separation of electrolyte from a metal: magnetic separation in a strong field, electrical separation, gas classification, and besitov electrovib.classification,
2,The results of the experiments are given in table 2,
As follows from the presented dan-sbiXj, none of the tested methods does not compete with 1x results with separation in a non-trace medium.
