Abstract

This invention relates to agriculture. The purpose of the invention is to improve the milking process. The variable vacuum distributor comprises a housing in which a socket for a rotating element 4 with nozzles 2 and 3 is made. The socket and the rotating element 4 are made in the form of a truncated cone, the smaller base of which faces the lower part of the housing. On the side surface of the element, grooves 7 and 8 are alternately interacting with the nozzles for supplying variable vacuum and atmospheric air through the opening. During milking, the rotary element 4 is set to the position in which the groove „7 covers all the holes of the nozzles 2 and 3. When the flow of milk stops, the rotary element is turned to the position in which the groove 8 coincides with od-HitM or two holes of the nozzles 3. Then alternating vacuum into these nozzles is stopped, and atmospheric air enters them, which fills the inter-wall chambers of the teat cups. The variable vacuum vacuum distributor of the milking machine comprises a housing 1 with nozzles 2 and 3. In the housing 1 there is a slot in which a rotatable element 4 with a handle 5 and a pressure plate 6 is mounted. On the side surface of the rotary element alternate grooves 7 are connected and 8. The groove 7 serves to supply a variable vacuum, and the groove 8 to supply atmospheric air, which is connected to the air through an opening 9. The distributor cr is fed to the collector 10 of the milking machine. Alternating vacuum or atmospheric air is supplied to the inter wall chambers of the teat cup. When the milking of one or two shares of the udder is completed, the rotary element is turned to the position in which the groove 7 supplies a variable vacuum to the inter-wall chambers of the teat cups of the udder. In these parts, the milking process continues. At the same time, the groove 8 is in a position in which air enters the inter-wall chambers of the teat cups worn on the teats of the udder portion. The teat rubber in these glasses is compressed, and the sucking in them stops. In this way, the harmful effects of a vacuum on the increased udder lobes are prevented.

A variable miller vacuum distributor, comprising a housing with nozzles for supplying alternating vacuum to the inter-wall chambers of the milking cup, characterized in that, in order to improve the milking process, it is provided with a rotating element, which is housed in a slot made in the housing and has alternating with grooved nozzles, one for supplying a variable vacuum, and the other for atmospheric air into the inter-wall milking chambers glasses.
