Сшивающий аппарат содержит планку 1 с фигурным направл ющим желобом 2, съемный иглообразный стержень 3 с фигурным направл ющим желобом 4, толкатель 5. В планке имеетс  паз. При перемещении планки на иглообразный стержень при смыкании аппарата конец иглообразного стержн  входит в паз планки.
