Abstract

The invention relates to packaging and packaging. The purpose of the invention is to provide the possibility of mechanizing the processes of stacking in the container and the baking of piece goods from it. The container is a skeleton, on the side walls 1 of which the supports 8 are hinged with limit 9 turn. The invention relates to the packaging and packaging means used for mechanized stacking and retrieving, storing and transporting cylindrical items and other piece goods, and can be used on automatic lines of enterprises, in vehicles and commercial networks.

The aim of the invention is to provide the possibility of mechanizing the processes of stacking into a container and retrieving piece goods from it.

FIG. 1 shows the proposed container, a general view; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. one.

The container is a frame with side and rear walls, respectively 1 and 2, and a folding wall 3, made of horizontal 4 and vertical 5 bar elements. The bottom 6 is reinforced with strips 7. On the side walls of the frame 1 there are articulated supports 8 with 9 turn stops. On the back wall 2 of the frame, the directions are mounted, 10, one end of which is fixed in the lower part of the frame, and the other end in its upper part and bent outward. The shelves 11 and the bottom 6 have slots 12 and are mounted so that they can be moved along the guides m 10. On the frame. there are horizontal bar elements 13, a hinged lock 14 and support legs 15.

In the case of mechanized packing of the container with piece goods, for example bottles, the shelves 11 are located outside the container (in Fig. 2 it is shown by dot-dash line - position B).

A special device for stacking and removing cylindrical objects from the container, the bottom 6, along the guides 10 rises to the top of the container, to the bent part of the guides 10. The folding supports 8 are outside the container. Bottles collide on shelf 11 until it is filled with bottles, shelf 11 sinks to the height of the bottle. The next shelf 11 is transferred to the surface formed by the necks of the bottles, the bottles are also collided with it, and when it is filled with bottles, it is lowered onto the top of the last cell. The operation is repeated until the container is full.

When filling the bottom and all the shelves, the entire bottle layer is lowered. The upper roller of the container-filled container is pressed by the upper shelf 11 and fixed with the help of folding fasteners 14 and horizontal bar elements 13 of the rear wall 2 and folding wall 3 to protect the upper upper roller of the bottles.

When removing the bottles from the container, the reverse occurs. Manually removed the top shelf 11, which serves as a pressure cover.

A special device is abutted against the bottom 6 and the entire layer of bottles is lifted until the upper rusa of the bottles leaves the container, i.e. moving the upper shelf 11 to the horizontal (bent) plane of the guides 10. The bottles from the shelf collide, the empty shelf is removed from the surface of the bottom row bottles, again raised to the height of the bottles and the operation is repeated until the container is emptied.

Hinged lugs 8 with limiters 9 are used to fix the shelves 11 on them when stacked in a container of groceries in order to avoid deformation of the lower rows during transport and long-term storage.

When selling products in the sales area, the shelves are stored to the back wall (Fig. 2; position B is shown in dot-dash line).

The design of the proposed container allows the mechanized stacking and removal of products using removable shelves.
