The invention relates to contact devices for conducting mass exchange processes in a gas (vapor) - liquid flow system, for example, absorption, rection (| iktion).
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the hydraulic resistance by improving the aerodynamic characteristics of goats and increasing the efficiency of mass transfer by interfacial surface.
1.Figure 1 shows one of the vertical sheets of the nozzle, front view; FIG. 2 is a section A-A in FIG.
The nozzle consists of vertical plates 1, made of perforated sheets, in which there are 2 rectangular-shaped windows. The axes of the latter are oriented at an acute angle to the horizon. Above the upper edge of the windows there are goats 3 of a perforated sheet located to the plane of the sheet 1. Windows 2 and visors 3 are located on the plate 1 in a checkerboard sequence relative to adjacent horizontal rows. In the latter, the visors have the same slope, in the vertical - adjacent visors are turned relative to each other by 180. In the lower part of the visor there is a screening 4, directed vertically downwards, in the upper part of the visor - screening 5, directed vertically upwards. The nozzle assembly is assembled from said plates I so that all windows 2 and visors 3 are flush and coaxial. The distance between the plates is due to the length of the visor.
The nozzle works in countercurrent conditions. Liquid is supplied to the top of the nozzle, and steam (gas) is supplied from below. The fluid, moving in the space between the plates 1 and the stack with a film along them, falls on the visors 3, from which it partially falls through the perforations into the underlying visors 3, is crushed, thus increasing the surface of the contact phase, and hence the mass transfer efficiency, partly flows down the goat and, due to the flap 4, is directed to the upper part of the underlying cap. In this way, a zigzag movement of the fluid in the space between the sheets I is organized, its residence time in the zone of contact of the phases, and hence the efficiency of mass transfer, increases.

4plates 1, partially passes through perforations in visors 3, barbing through a layer of liquid flowing through them, partially goes through a zigzag path between visors 3, interacting with dispersed liquid in the space between the plates. The zigzag motion of gas turbulently increases it, increasing the efficiency of mass transfer. Flare 4
и 5 на козырьках 3 улучшает их аэродинамические характеристики и снижает сопротивление насадки.and 5 on the visors 3 improves their aerodynamic characteristics and reduces the resistance of the nozzle.
