Description
The invention relates to the field of hydraulic engineering, in particular to pumping pumping stations operating on a closed irrigation network.
The purpose of the invention is to simplify the design and reduce metal consumption, as well as to increase reliability by preventing air from entering the pressure line.
The drawing shows a schematic diagram of the station.
12.The pumping station contains pumps G with suction nozzles 2 communicated with a pressure line 3, an air-borne tank 4 with sensors of 5-7 levels connected to the control system 8, and an air pumping system into the water-air tank 4, filled in the form of a hydraulic elevator 9 seconds. vents 10, a check valve 11 and an air collector 12 installed between the pressure line 3 and the air reservoir 4. In this case, the active nozzle 13 of the hydraulic elevator 9 communicates with the pressure line 3, the outlet 14 of the hydraulic elevator 9 is controlled The valves 10 are connected to the suction inlets of the 2 pumps 1, and the passive nozzle 15 of the hydraulic elevator 9 is communicated with the atmosphere through the check valve 11. The station can be equipped with a shut-off float valve 16 installed between the water-air. reservoir 4 and air collector 12.
The pumping station operates as follows.
With a normal volume of air in the water-air tank (VVR) 4, the vents 10 are closed and the hydraulic elevator 9 does not work. The float of the shut-off valve 16 is in the floating position and the water-air tank 4 is in communication with the pressure line 3. When

При достижении уровн воды в ВВР датчика 7 система 8 управлени вьщает команду вентил мair and water supply decreases and the water level in it reaches the sensor 5, the control system 8 issues a command to the valves 10 located on the suction line 2 of the working pumps 1 to open. As a result of the operation of the hydraulic elevator 9, a vacuum is formed in the passive nozzle 15, which leads to the opening of the check valve 11 and the supply of the working pumps 2 with the transported through the hydraulic elevator 9 into the atmospheric air into the suctions into the pressure line 3 and is collected in the air collector 12, from where it flows through the float valve 16 into the air-air tank 4, lowering the water level therein. When the water level in the BBP sensor 7 is reached, the control system 8 controls the valve command

5.The process of replenishing the air volume in the water-air tank 4 is repeated again if the water level in the tank reaches the sensor 5.
3.In the event that the pumping station stops and the pressure B of the pressure line 3 decreases, the water from the air inlet to the ditch 4 through the float valve 16 begins to be displaced by compressed air into the pressure line 3. Together with a decrease in the water level in the IWR, the float descends, which, in its lower position, closes the check valve seat and isolates the internal cavity of the BBP. from the pressure pipe 3, thereby preventing air from flowing into the pressure line 3.
