Устройство содержит светонепроницаемую кювету 1 с герметично закрывающейс  крьппкой 2. В кювете 1 размещена непрозрачна  кассета 3 с мик- рокамерами 4. Кассета 3 установлена на пружинных стойках 5 с возможностью перемещени  по высоте. Кажда  микрокамера 4 выполнена в виде сквозного отверсти  с нижней частью в фор- ме усеченного конуса, расположенного меньшим основанием вниз. Толщина кассеты 3 составл ет 20-25 мм, диаметр микрокамеры 13 мм, высота конической части 4-6 мм, диаметр нижнего основани  конуса 7-10 мм. На кассете разме- рауи 120240 мм можно разместить 100 микрокамер.The device contains an opaque cuvette 1 with a hermetically sealed closure 2. Кассету 3 помещают в кювету 1 с питательным раствором или водой, чтобы ее нижн   часть омывалась жидкостью дл  увлажнени  семени, и закрывают крьшкой 2. После прорастани  сем н крышку 2 снимают, а кювету 1 устанавливают под свет. Дл  инфицировани  проростков в раствор добавл ют конидии возбудител  или культураль- ный субстрат.
