The invention relates to the pulp and paper industry, in particular to the production of electrical insulation paper.
The purpose of the invention is to improve paper quality by increasing its dielectric strength while maintaining the dielectric loss tangent.
The essence of the invention lies in the fact that in the known method of manufacturing capacitor paper, including grinding cellulose, introducing a chemical additive, pouring, pressing and drying a paper web, colloidal silicon dioxide modified with diethylene glycol and treated with boric acid is used as a chemical additive. 0.5-1.5% by weight of absolutely dry cellulose.
Example 1. In a 15-liter tank equipped with a mechanical stirrer, 0.5 kg of colloidal silicon dioxide modified with diethylene glycol (Aerosil ADEG according to TU 6-18-10-79) are placed and 10 liters of desalted water are poured. While stirring, 0.083 kg of boric acid is added. Stirring is continued until a homogeneous suspension is obtained.
Electroinsulating cellulose of mark E-2 (GOST 5186-82) is dissolved in a pulper at a concentration of 2% and ground in a disk mill to a degree of grinding of 96.5 yr and length
0,25%.fiber 42 dg. After grinding, the cellulosic suspension is diluted to a concentration of 0.25%.
The cellulosic suspension is placed in a container equipped with a mechanical stirrer and, with stirring, the suspension of the chemical additive is introduced in an amount of 0.5% solids by weight of absolutely dry cellulose,
Paper casts are made from the prepared paper pulp on a sheet-making machine, pressed, dried and tested.
The test results are presented in the table.
П р и м е р 2. The preparation of paper pulp and castings therefrom is carried out as in Example 1, but the chemical additive is introduced in an amount of 1.0% by weight of absolutely dry pulp.
Пример 3, Приготовление бумажной массы и отливок из нее осуществл ют как в примере 1, но химическую добавку ввод т в количестве 1,5% от массы абсолютно сухой целлюлозы .Example 3 The preparation of paper pulp and castings from it is carried out as in Example 1, but the chemical additive is introduced in an amount of 1.5% by weight of absolutely dry pulp.
Example 4 (prototype). Preparation of paper pulp and castings from it is carried out as in Example 1, but as a chemical additive, 5% by weight of absolutely dry pulp is introduced into urea.
The test results of paper castings manufactured according to examples 1-4 are shown in the table.

A comparative analysis of the data presented in the table shows that the introduction of paper pulp into suspensions of paper pulp before pouring a paper web of insignificant amounts of 0.5–1.5% of colloidal silica modified with diethylene glycol and boric acid added to diethylene glycol bu - magicians.
The table also shows that this additive leads to an improvement (decrease) in the dielectric loss tangent of paper.
