Abstract
1 табл. i (ЛThe invention relates to the manufacture of special pressurized products from metal powders. The goal is to simplify the technology for producing hermetic products. The original metal powders are mixed, blanks are formed from the resulting mixture, which are then sintered (for example, in the case of using a mixture of iron, copper and graphite powders, sintering is carried out in hydrogen at 1120 ° C). Sintered billets with a relative porosity of about 20% are impregnated with an aqueous solution of liquid glass (concentration 20-25 wt.%), And then heat-treated at 250-300 C. At the same time, amorphous silica is released in the pores of the product, ensuring their encapsulation. Products manufactured according to the described method are sealed (5 ts with fluid pressure up to 2 MPa. 1 tab. I (L

The invention relates to powder metallurgy, in particular, to the manufacture of sintered hermetically sealed articles from metal powders.
The purpose of the invention is to simplify the technology for producing hermetic products.
10A method of manufacturing sintered sealed products is carried out as follows.

20%.The initial components are mixed in a mixer on the barrel type for 1.5 hours. Then the blanks from the prepared mixture are pressed in a metal mold on a hydraulic press with a pressing force of 5 tons / cm. The porosity of the samples is 20%.
Samples were sintered in a hydrogen medium in an oven with silica heaters at a temperature of 1120 ° C for 1.5 h, cooled in air to room temperature.
Liquid glass, with low viscosity, is used to impregnate the samples. Samples are impregnated in a vacuum unit with a spacing of 10 MPa in a 20% aqueous solution of liquid glass until the pores are filled. Heating: no products impregnated with a solution of liquid glass are held in a drying cabinet at 250-300 for 12 minutes.
Samples impregnated with a solution of coarse glass of various concentrations, as well as (for comparison) impregnations with a solution of polytetrafluoroethylene (a known method) are prepared in a similar way. The prepared samples are tested for tightness.
Samples of the sleeves are clamped at the ends and the formed internal cavity is connected to the high-pressure fluid system through a perforated tube. In the system, the pressure is changed from 0.5 to 2 MPa. Evaluation of results

ла, .«беспечивающей наибольшую герметичность , вл етс 20-25%-ный раствор.la, "providing the greatest tightness, is a 20-25% solution.
When the concentration of the liquid glass solution is less than 20 wt.%, Even at a pressure of 2.0 MPa, an oil leak occurs, which can be explained by a low content in the solution and relatively low filling of the pores with glass.
При концентрации жидкого стекла более 25 мас.% эффекта повышени герметичности порошкорых изделий не наблюдаетс , следовательно, далее повышать его содержание в растворе нецелесообразно .When the concentration of liquid glass is more than 25 wt.%, The effect of increasing the tightness of powder products is not observed, therefore, it is impractical to further increase its content in the solution.
To test the optimal conditions for carrying out the process, the samples are heated at different temperatures in the range from 200 to 50 seconds for 10-20 minutes.
Испытани на герметичность в зависимости от времени и температуры показывают, что при температуре на- |Грепа менее 250° С врем отверждени образцов составл ет 16 мин и более, а при температуре свыше проводить отверждение образцов, пропитанных жидким стеклом, нецелесообразно из-за дополнительных энергозатрат, а также в св зи с разрушением образовавшейс структуры отвержденного стекла и, как следствие, частичного снижени его герметизирующей способ- ногти .Tests for tightness depending on time and temperature show that at a temperature of | Grep less than 250 ° C, the curing time of the samples is 16 minutes or more, and at temperatures above that, it is not advisable to cure the samples impregnated with liquid glass because of the additional energy costs and also in connection with the destruction of the formed structure of the cured glass and, as a result, partial reduction of its sealing ability to the nails.
The optimum cure time is 12-16 minutes. When heated for less than 12 minutes, sealing is insufficient, and a shutter speed of more than 16 minutes is inappropriate, since further sealing of the sealing effect at the optimally selected temperature does not occur.
