Abstract

Изобретение относитс  к медицинской технике, предназначено дл  хирургического лечени  детей с врожденными и приобретенными дефектами пальцев кистей. Цель изобретени  - одновременное восстановление всех дефектных пальцев кистей, имеющих разный уровень ампутации. Дл  этого используют дистракционный аппарат, содержащий сборные кольца 1, 2 одного диаметра , соединенные выносными щтангами 3, 4 с гайками 5, 6, 7 и с опорной планкой 14. Приставки 9 в виде четырех ленест- кой с отверсти ми 10 дл  спиц 11, соединенных между собой под пр мым углом, жестко соединены с дистракционными щтангами 12, 13 на планке 14 гайками 15, 16. Дистракционный аппарат состоит из сборных колец 1 и 2 одного диаметра, соединенных выносными штангами 3 и 4 при помощи гаек 5, 6 и 7. Приставки 8 и 9, выполненные в виде четырех лепестков с от- версти ми 10 дл  спиц 11, соединенных между собой под пр мым углом, жестко соединены с дистракционными штангами 12 и 13, установленными на опорной планке 14 при помощи гаек 15 и 16. Опорна  планка 14 соединена с кольцом I выносными щтанга- ми 3 и 4.
