Description
The invention relates to the purification of gases from dust by devices with loose granular material and can be used in the building materials industry, the metallurgical engineering, mining and other national industries in the design and study of the operation of granular filters.
Цель изобретени - объективное материальное фиксирование и повьшение точности фиксировани , исключение искажений при хранении и передаче сведений о характере движени сыпучего наполнител , а также расширение области практического применени .The purpose of the invention is an objective material fixation and an increase in the accuracy of fixation, elimination of distortions during storage and transmission of information about the nature of the movement of the loose filler, as well as expansion of the field of practical application.

The reproduction device consists of a housing 19 mounted on a shaft 2, driven in rotation by an adjustable electric drive 3. The side walls 4 and 5 are made of light-permeable material (for example, plexiglass). The space between them is filled with bulk filler 6, the movement of which is to be investigated. Filler 6 forms a filter skinny partition 7, a simulated grain filter similar to and similar in geometry, which is a mixture of translucent 8 balls and opaque (opaque) 9 balls or other shaped bodies. Their number is in such proportion, which to the greatest extent allows exactly solving the set task.
For example, if it is necessary to determine the movement of the bulk filler as a whole, then transparent and opaque balls should be approximately in equal proportions. On the contrary, if it is required to determine the movement of a filler in a certain area, then the ratio of the number of both depends on

14.The ratio of this volume to the entire object of the device. And when the housing 1 is filled only with opaque balls 9, it is possible to investigate already the movement. Of the surface of the filler 6, etc. The partitions 10 of the housing 1 and the rear wall 11 o6pa3iTOT pocket 12, which holds the photo cassette 13, and for this purpose, flat springs 14 are fixed on the rear wall 11.
20.The photo cassette 13 consists of a base 15 of the L-shape and an opaque plug 16, between which there is a photosensitive material 17 (a sheet of photographic paper or photographic plate). On the sensitive side, the photosensitive material 17 is in contact with the opaque cap 16, which protects the material 17 from premature lighting. And to obtain a clearer image, a source 18 of adjustable brightness light from an autotransformer 19 is installed on a fixed base of the reproduction device. Two mutually perpendicular risks 20 are carried out to determine the coordinates of individual balls and the analytical recording of the motion trajectories on the wall 5.
Reproduction device operates as follows.
The actual operation of the device is preceded by preparatory operations: filling the body 1 with a bulk filler 6, charging and installing a photo cassette 13. 6.8 and opaque 9 balls, depending on the purpose of the study. FIG. 1-3 shows as an example a filter septum 7 consisting of three vertical layers of balls. The middle horizontal layers are formed by transparent balls. Three problems are solved simultaneously with such a partition: determining the nature and trajectories of the bulk filler 6, determining the existence of a stagnant zone in the central area of the housing 1, which is filled with transparent balls, and determining the surface movement, more precisely the level line of the filler 6.
For the latter, the reproduction device is driven into rotation by an adjustable electric drive 3. After forming the filter septum 7 or simultaneously The cartridge 13 is charged. A photosensitive material 17 (photo paper sheet or photographic plate) is inserted between the base 15 and the plug 16. A sensitive layer (emulsion) photographic paper 17 should at 7066

In the course of the experiments it was confirmed that when turning the body, there are no mutual penetration of 10 balls from adjacent vertical layers one into another, t, e, the balls do not move horizontally. 8.from the cassette 13. When these conditions are released, the flat springs 14 do not have a meaning that the base 15 of the cartridge 13- moves, which tightly presses the photo paper 17 with the emulsion to the transparent wall 5 of the housing 1. The L-shaped projection of the base 15 of the cartridge 13 Enters the corresponding groove in the wall 5 (Fig. 8), fixing in. this position. Thereafter, the reproduction device is driven into rotation, including the actuator 8.
15Depending on the duration of the experiment, which is equal to the exposure time, choose the brightness of the source 18 light. The light from the light source 18 passes through the transparent balls 8 and enters the photo paper 17, illuminating it (FIG. 3). If the transparent balls 8 are indeed in the stagnant zone, then after the photo paper 17 has been developed, there will be a dark spot on this spot, equal in area and similar in shape to the stagnant zone. If there is no stagnation zone, then the balls should leave this area. The trajectories of their movement are depicted on the reproduction (photograph) as dark lines. Risks 20, depicting Cartesian coordinate axes, appear in the image in the form of two bright stripes. At the end of the experiment, after switching off the source 18 of the light and the electric drive 3, the plug 16 is inserted into the cartridge 13 between the wall 5 of the housing 1 and the base 15
