Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and surgery. The goal - the acceleration of reparative processes in the wounds and zvov. The object is located at a distance of 1 -1.5 m from the radiation source. A laser beam in a pulsed mode with a pulse repetition rate of 30–40 kHz square-shaped pulses with a duration of 10–16 ISS, with a power of 15–20 mW at a power density of 75–150 mW / cm is directed to the edges of the field. Depending on the size of the wound (ul), the number of impact fields is 3-5. The optimal total exposure for one irradiation session is 12-15 minutes. The course of treatment consists of 15 sessions.
