Abstract

FIELD: biochemistry. SUBSTANCE: synthesis is carried out by treatment of D-glucose with gaseous tritium on Pd-catalyst in borate buffer solution following by passing of mixture with borate complex of D-(1-D-(1-H))-glucose through anionite in OH-form. Method ensures to increase molar radioactivity of the end product by 2-10 times that provides increased sensitivity, precision and efficacy of biochemical investigations. EFFECT: increased molar radioactivity of the end product.
