Description
Methods are known for checking the impulse response of radio-noise meters by radio pulses with a steep front and low duty cycle, based on the restructuring of the path connecting the modulator with the noise meter. Such methods do not provide a sufficiently high measurement accuracy due to the distortions introduced by the frequency response of the tunable path.
In the proposed method, instead of rebuilding the path between the modulator and the radio interference meter, the filling frequency of the radio pulse is changed. This makes it possible to eliminate the distortions introduced by the frequency response and to improve the measurement accuracy.
According to the described method, radio pulses of relatively long duration with a very small distance between them, having a steep fall of about 0.01 microseconds, are fed through an attenuator to the radio interference meter under study. Since the pauses between pulses have a constant and small duration compared to the pulse duration, the amplitude of the pulses can be measured with a peak voltmeter, designed to measure sinusoidal voltage. By changing the frequency of filling the radio pulses, you can shift .1; ai the initial part of the spectrum of pulses in the frequency range, c. which is required to test the noise meter.
First, the radio pulses used as a signal, with an exemplary spectral density, are fed to the interference meter, disrupting the carrier frequency generator relative to the tuning frequency of the interference meter, and the instrument reads at the output of the interference meter. Then, keeping the amplitude of the radio pulses constant, adjust the carrier frequency generator to the frequency of the interference meter and achieve the previous readings of the device switched on at the output of the interference meter by changing the attenuation value of the attenuator.
No 139347-2 In terms of the first and second cases, the impulse response of the interference meter is determined by the detuning value and attenuation value of the attenuator at the input of the interference meter, the coefficient K (F) is determined by calculation from the equality of

Точность проверки коэффициента К( ) характеризующего импульсную характеристику измерител помех, при использовании описанного способа составл ет пор дка +12%.The accuracy of checking the K () coefficient characterizing the impulse response of the interference meter when using the described method is on the order of + 12%.
