The device operates as follows.
Under-action of the component K, the vector of the intensity of the pulsed electric field of the normal plane of the device plates between the plates-la and 2, a difference of the potentials appears
где li - рассто ние между пластинами; F. - диэлектрическа проницаемость диэлектрика, заполн ющего пространство между пластинами .where li is the distance between the plates; F. is the dielectric constant of the dielectric filling the space between the plates.
Под воздействием разности в области частот, не превышающих граничной частоты Fpp, повторител 4 напр жени , блока 5 сравнени и преобразовател 6 напр жени - ток под в(ззде;1ствием разности потенциаловThe same potential difference arises between plates 16 and 2, since h and in both cases are the same. Under the influence of a difference in the range of frequencies not exceeding the cut-off frequency Fpp, a voltage follower 4, a comparison unit 5 and a voltage converter 6 are the current under in (each; 1 the potential difference

Through the emitting LED 7 A15, the discharge current of the capacitor C formed by the plates 1a and 2 is used. In this case, the comparison unit 5 continuously compares the potentials of the plates 1a and 16, and with the help of the converter 6, the voltage - the current maintains so that the potentials of plates 1a and 16 remain Equal, thus preventing the rapid discharge of capacitor Cd through the low-resistance circuit of the diode. Thus, the lower cutoff frequency of the device, as compared with the known device, is determined by the input resistance of the repeater A voltage K gy and the capacitor capacitance C ,,. The upper cut-off frequency of the device is determined by the speed of only the emitting LED 7, while for a known device it also depends on the inertia of the entire electronic unit 5. Resistor 8 serves to linearize the current-voltage characteristic of the LED circuit and set the conversion slope. A source is used to set the initial bias current through the radiating LED 7.

Дл установки начального тока смещени через излучаю11и й светодиод 7 используетс источник опорного напр жени Пр„.When operating in the frequency range exceeding Ffp, only the circuit operates: plate 1a, LED 7, resistor 8 and in this case the maximum cutoff frequency of the device is determined only by the speed of LED 7. To set the initial bias current through the radiation, LED 7 uses a reference voltage source wives Pr „.
