Предлагаемое устройство отличаетс  от известных применением двух одновременно работающих элеваторов и двух талевых оснасток. Канаты оснасток намотаны в разные стороны на часть двухсекционного барабана подъемной лебедки.The proposed device is different from the known use of two simultaneously operating elevators and two tackle accessories.
