Abstract

This invention relates to the mechanization of labor-intensive processes in animal husbandry. The purpose of the invention is to increase productivity by ensuring an even distribution of manure throughout the entire volume of the hopper. The device comprises a self-propelled trolley 1 with guides 3 for the bunker 7 and scraper conveyors 8 fixed on it. In the initial position, the bunker is placed at one of its edges at the inner ends of the scraper conveyors which are located above the racks or animal machines. When working in the process of moving the cart along, stalls or machine tools, the bunker is also moved with low speed relative to the scraper conveyors. The purpose of the invention is to increase productivity by ensuring an even distribution of manure throughout the entire volume of the hopper.

The manure removal device contains a self-propelled trolley 1 moving along guides 2 located between stalls or machines 3 for animals with slatted floors No. 4, mounted on a trolley 5 located along its longitudinal axis on which the carriage 6 is mounted with a removable storage hopper suspended from it - Hbw 7. For loading it are manure removal devices, which are fixed on both sides of the trolley and are made in the form of endless scraper conveyors 8 with scrapers 9. The device works as follows.

In the initial position, the hopper 7 is located outside the trolley 1 with the location of one of its edges at the inner ends of the scraper conveyors 8, which are placed in the working position at a given angle to the longitudinal axis of the trolley. The mechanisms 13-15 are turned on, as a result of which the cart begins to move along the guides 2, the bunker 7 slowly moves together with the carriage 6 along the guides 5, and the scraper conveyors with their scrapers 9 rake manure, for example, 4 stalls or machines 3 and dump it into the bunker. In the process of moving the cart and bunker, manure accumulates in the latter and is evenly distributed throughout the volume. After the manure has been removed, the hopper is removed from the carriage, emptied, and then mounted on it again for the next manure removal, which is similar.

A device for cleaning manure, comprising a collecting hopper mounted on a self-propelled cart and loading manure harvesting devices that are fixed on both sides of the surface of the stalls or machines with the possibility of fixed rotation in the horizontal plane, characterized in that, in order to increase productivity by providing uniform distribution of manure over the entire volume of the hopper, the latter is mounted on a cart with the possibility of longitudinal movement relative to the manure for posobleny. 2.
