Изобретение относитс  к оборудованию дл  очистки питьевой воды и позвол ет повысить качество очист- воды, увеличить ресурс фильтрующей кассеты и обеспечить экономию остродефицитных материалов. Походный водоочиститель содержит ручной насос 1, дискообразную фильтрующую кассету 2, шланг 3, соелинешгый с д- ним концом со всасывающим натруГжом фильтрующей кассеты, а другим - с водозаборпиком 4, изготовленным в виде пустотелого цилиндра с перфорированным дном. Отличием водоочистител   вл етс  то, что на водозлбор- 1шке выполнена быстросъемиа  крьппка., а в полости водозаборника размещена сменна  таблетка бактерицидного препарата , например, пантоцида, причем отношение высоты цилиндрической части водозаборника к наибольшеьгу размеру таблетки выбрано в пределах от 1,5:1 до 3:1.
