The invention relates to a technique for the spraying of liquids and can be used to disperse suspensions, emulsions and solutions in the heat of mass exchange and gas cleaning apparatuses, in irrigation and fertilizing fields.
The aim of the invention is to improve the uniformity of the dispersed composition of the droplets and the uniformity of the density of erosion over the cross section of the spray cone.
Fig, 1 shows the sprayer, a general view; FIG. 2 is a section A-A in FIG. figs. 3 and 4 are embodiments of washers.
The mechanical sprayer contains a rotor 2 mounted on a vertical drive shaft 1 with a threadlike wave-shaped spraying elements 3 mounted on its surface, suspended freely and elongated with washers 4 at the ends and with alternating thickening 5 and narrowing 6. The length of the elements 3, their pitch and the diameter of the washers 4 are made up decreasing from bottom to top.
Elements 3 can be made in the form of threads or tapes (from wires: and or any material neutral to liquid).
The rotor 2 is immersed top in tea 7 with a liquid and is made in the form of a cone with the top down and with a disk 8 at the base.
4).The washers 4 can be made conical (fig. 3) or in the form of individual rods (figure 4).
Mechanical spray works as follows.
When the rotor 2 rotates, the liquid supplied to the bowl 7, in which the rotor 2 is immersed with the tip, due to the surface tension and centrifugal slope rises upward along the cone of the rotor 2 with a film of decreasing thickness. When it encounters filamentous elements 3, the liquid at the base envelops them and then moves along them by the action of centrifugal force. For the same reason, the elements 3, when the rotor 2 rotates, assume an almost horizontal position and, due to interaction with air, deviate somewhat to hell from the radial direction, and the lower ones are wider (due to the greater thickness of the liquid film on
них ) и длинные отклон ютс больше, чем верхние.they are) and the long ones deviate more than the upper ones.
4When moving along the elements 3 of the film, the liquid is then stretched, then compressed due to alternating thickenings 5 and narrowings 6 of the elements 3 themselves, which is: - a turbulizing effect. At the end, the film hits the washer 4
10 and forms a mini-torch, which together with others forms a total torch. The part of the liquid that has passed through the lower rows of elements 3 is distributed over the upper, and the rest reaches 15 the disk 8 at the base of the rotor cone 2 and is distributed along it.
With decreasing length of the elements 3 from the bottom up, when the rotor rotates

нитей по высоте примерно одинакова, одинакова будет и дисперсность.yarn height is about the same, the dispersion will be the same.
The bottom-up thread alignment pitch takes into account the decreasing film thickness of the liquid spreading up the cone, therefore, the height of the distribution of the irrigation density in the torch cross section is maintained.
Д. 6.In order to preserve the dispersion of the spray with a larger liquid film on the lower nitdx, washers 6 at the ends of the lower threads are made of a larger diameter than the upper ones, which provides a larger perimeter of droplet breaking and a smaller film thickness at the edge of the washers 6.
