Известны устройства дл  механизированного наложени  огнеупорной массы на желоб доменной печн без применени  формующей детали и вибрации.Devices are known for mechanized application of a refractory mass to a chute of a blast furnace without the use of a forming part and vibration.

Особенность описываемого устройства заключаетс  в том, что, с целью механизации работ по набивке желобов, устройство выполнено в виде бункера, к нижней части которого прикреплена корытообразна  деталь, с размещенными ио ее внутренней поверхности электрическими вибраторами, уплотн ющими накладываемый слой огнеупорной массы.The peculiarity of the described device is that, in order to mechanize the work of filling the gutters, the device is designed as a bunker, to the bottom of which a trough-shaped part is attached, with electric vibrators placed on its inner surface, sealing the superimposed layer of refractory mass.

Устройство состоит из формы, имеющей две раздвигающиес  половины /, к которым па щарнирах 2 прикреплена корытообразпа  часть 3. С внутренней стороны на всех част х формы установлены вибраторы 4. Все устройство подвещено к бункеру 5, в который загружаетс  формовочна  масса 5. Бункер имеет подвеску 7, при помощи которой он подвещен к монорельсу 8, один конец которого при помощи шарнира 9 закреплен на кожухе печи, а другой конец подвещен к т ге 10. Такое крепление позвол ет перемещать устройство на площадке печи на определенный угол. Перемещенпе бункера вместе с формой вдоль желоба осуществл етс  посредством кощки //.В нижней части бункера имеетс  челюстной затвор 12 с приводом 13.The device consists of a mold having two sliding halves /, to which a trough-shaped part 3 is attached to the joints 2. Формовка желоба производитс  следующим образом. После заполнени  бункера при помощи монорельса и тали устройство устанавливаетс  на определенной высоте от низа желоба, т. е. в зависимости от толщины футеровки. После установки устройства наложение массы начинают от летки печи, дл  чего открывают затворы и включают вибраторы . Заправочный материал поступает в желоб под форму, где и уплотн етс . По мере готовности все устройство вместе с бункером при помощи кошки передвигаетс  по монорельсу вдоль желоба от летки.The gutter is molded as follows.
