Abstract
1 ил. i (Л СThe invention relates to horizontally tubular condensers and allows intensification of heat exchange during condensation of the coolant. The double-threaded spiral ribbon ribs 2 wound on the pipe 1 in the areas adjacent to the pipe surface have holes 3 and are arranged in pairs with a gap of melodies in each pair that are smaller than the distance between the pairs. The gap CG between the ribs in each pair is 0.1-0.2 of the winding pitch, and the height of the ribs is fl-3) rf. The resulting condensate is pulled to the base of the rib, and then through the holes 3 it is sucked into the gap between the ribs, drains onto the lower tube generator, from where it is removed by droplets tearing from the rib. The condensate flowing down from the upstream pipes partially falls directly into the gaps formed by the ribs of the lower rows of pipes, which leads to a decrease in the rate of heat transfer across the beam depth and, accordingly, to an increase in the average heat transfer coefficient for the entire beam. 1 il. i (Л С

The invention relates to heat engineering, in particular to horizontal. tube capacitors.
The purpose of the invention is to intensify heat exchange during the condensation of the coolant,
The drawing shows descriptive pipe.
Ребра 2 на участках, примыкающих к поверхности трубы 1,имеют отверсти 3, которые могут иметь любую форму, при этом их наименьший линейный размер составл ет (//2, а рассто ние между отверсти ми 3 - не менее .The pipe 1 contains twisted two-way spiral ribbon ribs 2, arranged in pairs with a gap eG between them in each pair, less than the distance between the pairs and equal to 0.1-0.2 steps S of winding. The height of work 2 is h (1-3) i. The ribs 2 in the areas adjacent to the surface of the pipe 1 have holes 3 that can be of any shape, their smallest linear dimension being (// 2, and the distance between the holes 3 is no less.
2.The condensate formed on the pipe 1 during surface operation forces to the base of the ribs 2, then is sucked through the holes 3 into the gap between a pair of ribs 2. A condensate flows down the chute formed by the ribs 2 onto the lower forming pipe, from which droplets are removed. mi, ripping off the ribs. In this case, the bulk of the condensate is transported through the gap between the ribs 2.
теплового потока затопление трубы конденсатом практически не увеличиваетс , происходит лишь .With the growth of heat flux the pipe flooding with condensate practically does not increase, only happens.
увеличение уровн конденсата в зазоре .increase in the level of condensate in the gap.
Стекающий с расположенных выше труб конденсат частично попадает непосредственно в зазоры, образованные ребрами 2 нижних р дов труб, что ведет к снижению темпа падени теплоотдачи по глубине пучка и, соответственно , к увеличению среднего дл всего пучка коэффициента теплопередачи .With good thermal contact of the ribs 2 with the pipe surface on their outer side relative to the gap, the condensation occurs at about the same intensity as in the intercostal space, since the condensate formed in both cases is drawn to the bottom of the rib and then sucked into the gap between them. The condensate flowing from the pipes located above partially falls directly into the gaps formed by the ribs 2 of the lower rows of pipes, which leads to a decrease in the rate of heat transfer across the depth of the beam and, accordingly, to an increase in the average heat transfer coefficient for the entire beam.
