Description
The invention relates to heat engineering and can be used for air heating of industrial buildings, shops of thermal and nuclear power plants.
The aim of the invention is to improve the economy.
The drawing shows the unit, a general view.
1I.The two-jet heat exchanger unit includes a case 1, fans 2 and 3 installed one above the other, diffuser 4, heater 5 and guide grill 6 are sequentially connected to the lower one, and nozzle 7 to the top, the unit additionally contains diffuser 4 distribution grid 8 with diffuser channels 9 having a variable opening angle, increasing from the center to the periphery of the grid 8, regulating flaps 10, installed at the exit of the nozzle 7, actuator 11 and d connected to them Atchik 12 heat carrier flow through the heater 5, connected by means of the regulator 13 with the actuator 1I.
The unit works as follows.
5.The indoor air is sucked in by the lower fan 2 and guided through the distribution grid B to the diffuser 4. The design of the distribution grid 8, which has diffuser channels 9 with a variable opening angle, allows the air flow and the sign to be evenly distributed. - to increase the heat removal rate from to lorifer 5.
Passing through the heater 5, the air with the help of the guide grate 6 comes out at an angle of 45 to the horizon. At the same time, the upper fan 3 blows air from the room into the nozzle 7, from where at a certain angle to the horizon through the automatic control flaps 10 it is discharged above the heated air flow flowing from the diffuser 4. The heated flow rate is about 2.5 m / s, and the cold flow velocity varies with the length of the service area (from 10 to 30 m / s). The angle of inclination of the control flaps 10 varies from 5 to 30, with the minimum value of the angle corresponding to the lowest value of the heat output and the maximum value to the highest value of the heat output.
Кроме того , повышаетс эффективность обогрева помещени .Thus, the installation of the distribution grid 8 in the inlet of the diffuser permits a noticeable decrease in the hydraulic resistance in the air heating line, which leads to an increase in the productivity of the heated air. And this, in turn, leads to a significant reduction in the unit cost of electricity for the operation of the fan. In addition, the heating efficiency of the room is improved.
The use of an automatic control device allows you to maintain comfortable conditions in the service area at a higher level.
