Дл равномерного распределени давлени на лунку зубной имплантат состоит из стержн 1 с головкой 2, на которой установлена шайба 3, эластичный остов 4 в оболочке 5 из металлических полос с поперечным или продольным рифлением, охватывающих эластичный остов 4 и прикрепленных одним концом к шайбе 3, а другим - к шайбе 6.
