Description

A known method for producing non-ionic demulsifiers for the destruction of petroleum emulsions from bottom residues from the distillation of synthetic fatty acids by condensation with phthalic anhydride followed by esterification with glycerol and oxyethylation of the resulting partial esters with ethylene oxide.

In order to simplify the process and create more efficient compounds, a method for the production of non-genic demulsifiers is proposed by direct condensation of ethylene oxide or propylene oxide with fast fatty acids (Szo and above), which are used as bottoms from the distillation of synthetic fatty acids. The condensation reaction is carried out at a temperature of 180-200 and continuous stirring in the presence of 2% caustic alkali, while 10 to 20 hydroxyethyl groups are attached to the acid molecule (calculated on the average molecular weight of the acids). The demulgator obtained in this way has a high demulsifying effect.

So, for example, with the thermochemical deemzlgation of Romashka oil, containing 2400 mg / l of chloride salts and 2% of water, during the desalination (10% of water was added for desalting) at 70 for 2-4 hours and the demulsifier consumption in the amount of 0.01 The% final product contained 0.1% water and 160 mg / l chloride salts.

Subject invention

20.A method of producing non-ionic de-emulsifiers for breaking emulsions by condensation of alkylep oxide with hydrogen acids, characterized in that, in order to obtain efficient demulsifiers and to simplify the process, a demulsifier is obtained by direct condensation of ethylene oxide or propylene oxide with bottoms from synthetic fatty acids acids, containing in its composition high fatty acids with the number of carbon atoms more than 20.
