Abstract
Изобретение относитс к соста- вам бетонных смесей и может быть использовано дл изготовлени изделий , конструкций и сооружений при строительстве предпри тий калийной промышленности. Целью изобретени вл етс повышение прочности, водонепроницаемости и химической стойкости бетона в хлормагниевых щелоках калийных производств. Бетонна смесь содержит, мас.%: портландцемент 17- 22; песок кварцевый 16-26; вода 5,2-6,1; отход производства поливи- нилхлорида, модифицированный 20-30% от его массы этилсиликонатом натри 0,5- 1,5; кремнефтористый магний 0,3-0,7; щебень гранитный - остальное. Получаемый бетон характеризуетс прочностью на сжатие 57,4-59,6 МПа, на изгиб 7,2-7,9 МПа, водонепроницаемостью 1,2 МПа, химическа стойкость бетона в хлормагниевых щелоках составл ет 99%. 3 табл.
