Abstract

The invention relates to equipment for the transport and storage of goods. The container contains a bottom with optional legs, rotating walls, corner posts 7 mounted on the bottom, in the upper part of which brackets 8 are fixed. Inside the latter there are latches 4, made in the form of I-shaped elements having bent ends 5 and lintel 6. Bottom part of the retainers is located in the hollow rack 7. In the lower part of the rack 7, hooks 9 are installed with grooves 10 for engagement with the bent ends 5 of the retainers 4 of the lower container. In the upper part of the container there are rings for slinging one container or a formed pile. To mutually secure the folded containers in the stack, the folded ends 5 of the clips 4 of the lower container are installed in the grooves 10 of the hook 9 of the upper container. To detach the containers, the folded ends 5 of the clips 4 of the lower container are removed from the slots 10 of the upper container. The invention relates to equipment for transporting and storing goods, in particular, collapsible containers used for packing vegetables and fruits in multi brown stacks.

The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of stacking containers in folded form.

FIG. 1 shows a collapsible container, front view, working position; in fig. 2 - the container laid in the package; in fig. 3 - connection of the upper and lower containers in the stack; in fig. 4 - stack of containers in folded form.

The container consists of a bottom 1 with supporting legs 2, pivoting walls 3 and clamps 4, made in the form of i-shaped elements, having bent ends 5 and lintel 6, angular hollow posts 7 fixed on the bottom 1, in the upper part of which brackets 8 , the latches 4 are freely placed inside the latter so that their lower part is located in the hollow struts 7. In the lower part of the rack 7 there are hooks 9 with grooves 10 for engagement with the bent ends 5 of the latches 4 of the downstream container. In the upper part of the container there are rings 11 fixed to it.

When forming a multi-stack stack of loaded containers, the upper container is placed on the lower one so that the rings 11 of the lower container are located inside the support legs 2 of the upper container.

When forming a multi-light stack of stacked containers, each upper container with angular hollow posts 7 is installed on the stands 7 of the lower container so that the brackets 8 fall into the stands 7 of the upper container (FIG. 3). Zatse

The peaks 9, pillars 7 and brackets 8, in combination, prevent the installed container from being displaced in the horizontal plane.

The clamps 4, which are in the initial position by the bent ends 5 at the ends of the uprights 7, are moved upwards and installed in the slots 10 of the hooks 9. The jumpers 6 of the clamps 4 are located under the brackets 8, preventing the containers from disengaging in the vertical plane. The staples 8 of the uprights 7 in the stacker of the container are used for slinging the entire stack of folded containers (Fig. 4). The spontaneous release of the fixer 4 from the rack 7 is eliminated, since in the upper position it is abutted with a jumper 6 into the inner rounding of the bracket 8.. .

The invention provides sufficient rigidity for interconnecting folded containers formed into a bag and eliminates the operation of wrapping a stack with wire or tensioning elements.

30 claims A collapsible container comprising a bottom with supporting legs, pivot walls and latches, characterized in that, in order to increase the stacking of the containers when folded, the container equipped with angular hollow posts fixed to the bottom, in the upper part of which brackets are installed, and each clamp is made in the form of a U-shaped element freely placed in the bracket with bent ends and jumper, while in the lower part of the racks there are hooks with slots for interaction with the bent ends of the latches of the downstream container. 7- .     : ST . i. .,. -H. from  j - ..
