SUBSTANCE: synthesis is carried out by catalytic heterogeneous isotopic exchange between D-glucoseamine and gaseous tritium in phosphate buffer in the presence of catalyst - 5% PdO/PdO/AlOat pH value 5.8-6.0. Purification and desalting of the end product is carried out by thin layer chromatography method. Synthesized product has radiochemical purity 95% and molar activity 15-20 Cu/mmole that is 3-4 times more as compared with that of known preparation.
