Description
The invention relates to the field of utilization of wastewater from livestock farms.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the fertilizing value of the fraction enriched in the plant elements.
Example. Liquid runoff of the livestock complex is frozen under natural conditions by spilling it on the surface of the planned sites. The runoff is discharged in a layer of 5-10 cm. After freezing, it is crushed by a caterpillar tractor, which periodically passes through the frozen drain. Crushed stock is bulldozed in riots, which are located on water-like (with a slope) sites.
е. последующа фракци размороженного бунта,- поступает в емкости технологической воды, а затем используетс дл гидросмыва каналов навозоудалени .Immediately after the formation of the bunches, liquid runoff begins to form, which flows down the sloping surface of the pits into the receiving tank, where the concentration of plant nutrients is periodically monitored. Concentrated runoff enters field drives or fertilizer irrigation is carried out immediately. Diluted desalinated stock, i.e. the subsequent fraction of the thawed rebellion is fed into the tanks of the process water and then used to flush the manure channels.
1-3.The effectiveness of the method is confirmed by the results shown in Table 1-3.
1.Data on the quality of wastewater from livestock farms with different methods of their preparation are given in Table. one.
From Table 1 it can be seen that the first fraction of the frozen source runoff.

50contains potassium more by 3.3 times than in the original stock, and more by 2.2 times than in the stock obtained by a known method. A similar increase in the content of mineral components occurs in its other elements. The crushing of ice formed by a frozen drain gives the dissected porous structure a frozen drain. Moreover, in crushing, the destruction of the ice monoliths of the frozen runoff occurs at the least stable places, i.e. places with high local concentrations nezamer50

Поэтому данную фракцию целесообразно исполь зовать в качестве технологической воды дл смьша каналов навозоудалени .the number of components of fertilizer value. Therefore, it is expedient to use this fraction as process water to remove manure channels.
3.The sanitary and hygienic characteristics of runoff fractions subjected to cryogenic treatment are given in Table 3.
As can be seen from Table 3, according to the sanitary hygienic indicators of the runoff fraction after cryogenic treatment, they are the most favorable characteristics.

These mineralized solutions, which then drain from the riots along the pores to the drainage site. Without crushing such a drain of solutions is impossible, because the solutions are trapped in the monoliths of ice, or their drain occurs when ice melts, but in this case the concentration of mineral nutrition components in the flow fractions is lower due to dilution with melt water. The formation of riots from crushed ice provides for the intensification of the runoff of the unfrozen highly concentrated nutrient elements of the fractions from the riots of the stored frozen runoff. вл етс то, что сток фракций с высокой удобрительной ценностью получаетс и при отрицательных температурах среды.is that the drain of fractions with high fertilizing value is also obtained at negative ambient temperatures.
количество минеральных солей , можно повторно использовать в качестве технической воды дл промывки каналов навозоудалени .The first runoff fractions are brines enriched with the mineral elements of plant nutrition, while the latter, on the contrary, are close in composition to the fresh water. Naturally, it is advisable to transport the most enriched runoff fractions over long distances when used as fertilizers, and runoff fractions containing a small amount of mineral salts can be reused as industrial water for flushing the manure channels.
2.Data on changes in the chemical composition of wastewater from livestock farms that are subject to cryogenic treatment according to the proposed method are given in table 2.

3.The sanitary and hygienic characteristics of the runoff fractions subjected to cryogenic treatment are given in Table 3.
3As can be seen from Table 3, by sanitary and hygienic indicators of the runoff fraction after cryogenic treatment have the most favorable characteristics3
They meet the requirements for irrigation (first fractions) and process (last fractions) waters. In the last fraction, the number of microbes after cryogenic treatment of the initial runoff of the pig complex is reduced by 30 times, and the phages are completely absent. This, along with other characteristics of the chemical composition, makes it possible to use it freely as process water for flushing manure channels on livestock farms.
Thus, the proposed method makes it possible to obtain a fraction of the effluent of animal-breeding complexes that are more enriched in the components of the mineral nutrition of plants, which are of high fertilizing value for agricultural land, as well as have process water.
