Description
. 11. eleven
The invention relates to glassmaking, in particular to the processing of medical glass products.
The aim of the invention is to improve
The chemical resistance of glass ampoules.
The proposed method includes washing glass glass used for the production of glass ampoules in an aqueous solution of ammonium sulfate and polyvinyl alcohol; drying of glass; forming ampoules from it and annealing molded ampoules. After the completion of the washing process, a layer of an aqueous reagent solution remains on the surface of the glass fiber. During the process, the moisture evaporates and a uniform layer of ammonium sulfate and a certain amount of polyvinyl alcohol remain on the surface of the glass. Thermochemical surface treatment of ampoules takes place during the molding and annealing of ampoules.
Example. Thermochemical treatment of medical glass ampoules is carried out using ammonium sulfate pyrolysis products. For this, the glass dresser used for the manufacture of ampoules is subjected to washing in an aqueous solution comprising 1-6% ammonium sulfate and 0.1-0.5% polyvinyl alcohol. As a result, a layer of reagent solution is formed on the surface of the glass mouth. After drying, the treated glass rods are used to manufacture ampoules. The determination of chemical stability is carried out by measuring the pH of the water in the ampoules before and after autoclaving at 121 C. The quality of cleaning the glass surface is assessed by visually determining the number of ampoules with mechanical impurities.

Using the proposed method does not allow; Only significantly increase the chemical stability of glass ampoules, but also to reduce the amount of mechanical impurities in the ampoules by 3 times.
313592634In contrast to the prototype, the proposed method makes it possible to obtain a uniform ammonium sulfate film over the entire surface of glassware, which ensures high efficiency of interaction. At the same time, the addition of polyvinyl alcohol, which is a surfactant, to the solution leads to an increase in the
