Abstract

The aim of the invention is to increase the efficiency of using a gymnastic apparatus.

Use the gymnastic equipment as follows.

When using a multiple gymnastic apparatus as parallel bars, the poles 3, 4 are installed at the same height by lowering the sleeves 17 with the outer poles 4 and raising the short legs 1 to the required height (Fig. 1, 13). When using a multi-purpose multipurpose gymnast as external uneven bars, pole 4 with sleeve 17 rises.

When using a gimnastic projectile as a crossbar, the long pulls 5 with the poles 4 and the pillars 2 rise up to the wall with the electric drive 16. The height of the crossbars 6 is changed and adjusted by changing the height of the pillars 1 and the mounting height of the crossbars to the body 7. Moreover, when t ha - crossbar 6 and long t 5 ha parallel to each other, they are used as additional uneven bars. In the position where the outer pole 4 is at the extreme low point indicated by the dotted line in FIG. 1, it is used together with pole 3 as low-height uneven bars for initial training. The distance between the poles 3 and 4 is adjusted by fastening the cable 6 in the housing 7 at different heights. The struts 1 in this case move parallel to themselves (Fig. 14).

The use of the proposed gymnastic projectile makes it possible to extend the number of exercises performed on it by increasing the number of uneven bars.
