Abstract
Определение степени проходимости тубо- тимпано-мастаидального пути в возможно ранние сроки позвол ет своевременно начать лечебные меропри ти . g (Л со ел оо со 00 00This invention relates to medicine, more specifically to otolaryngology. The purpose of the invention is to determine the timing of the occurrence of air permeability through aditus in the early postoperative period. For this purpose, an olive is put in one half of the nose, connected by a rubber tube with an oxygen metering system. Moistened oxygen enters the nasal cavity through the olive at a speed of 0.4-1.0 l / min. As oxygen enters the isolated nasal cavity (using articulation), pressure increases, the value of which indicates a Y-shaped water meter. When the optimum pressure in the nasal cavity is reached, the access of oxygen is blocked by the valve; the patient takes a sip so that at the moment of a sip in a hermetically sealed nasal cavity the created positive pressure is saved. Oxygen passes through the auditory tube into the tympanic cavity, then into the antrum, which shows the movement of the fluid column in the drainage tube installed in the antrum. Determining the degree of patency of the tubothympano-mastaidal pathway as early as possible allows timely initiation of therapeutic measures. g (L Sool oo with 00 00

The oxygen then passes through the auditory tube into the tympanic cavity and then into the antrum, which is caused by the movement of a column of fluid in the drainage tube installed in the antrum. If there is no patency, then the study is repeated, but with the creation of more pressure in the definition of the degree of patency of the tubotympano-mastaidal path in the earliest possible time, it is possible to start

The aim of the invention is to determine the timing of the occurrence of air flow through the aditus in the early postoperative period.
The method is carried out as follows.

A drop of sterile physiopharynx is introduced into the drainage glass tube installed during the operation into the atomic cavity. gic solution. In one half of the nose, an olive is inserted, connected by a rubber tube with an oxygen metering system. The patient squeezes both halves of the nose with her fingers. Olive with 5 treatment, thereby reducing the time of 0.4–1.0 l / min of wood flow, which the installation of the antromastoid cavity and cope with an oxygen dosimeter, oxygen that is moistened in the Bobrov apparatus enters the nasal cavity. A patient with the help of an articulation denotes the letter “K”, at that only 20 soft palate rises, which contributes to the restriction of the nasopharynx from the oropharynx. In the nasal cavity, thus isolated, as the oxygen is supplied, a positive pressure builds up, the value of which indicates a Y-shaped water meter. When the required pressure in the nasal cavity is reached, the crane blocks the access of oxygen and the patient is asked to make swallowers
