Abstract
После лечени провод т повторную регистрацию фотометрической контрастности .The invention relates to dermatology. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of the method. A solution of silver nitrate and hexamine is applied to the skin. Skin lesions are determined by the presence of darkened skin areas. After treatment, photometric contrast is re-recorded.
Description
This invention relates to medicine, in particular to dermatology.
The aim of the invention is to improve the determination accuracy by conducting an in vivo visual reaction of the stratum corneum of the normal and affected epidermis with 3% silver urotropine reagent, which is recorded under conditions of comparative differential photometric contrast.
The method is carried out as follows.
Before treatment, after the patient was diagnosed, the apparently healthy skin and the affected area were pipetted with a drop of a solution of 3% -Horof silver nitrate and 3% hexamine, taken in equal amounts (1: 1) in an area of 1.3 see and in the form of a circle. After 20 - 30 minutes darkening of the skin occurs. Thus establish the presence of lesions in the stratum corneum of the epidermis. Then, the selected therapy is carried out, which consists in general and local treatment. The general treatment includes the appointment of various medications (desensitization, vitamins, hormones, etc.)
Лечение провод т до полного исчезновени клинических признаков заболевани .35various topical forms (lotions, liquid pastes, creams and ointments) are applied topically. The treatment is carried out until the clinical signs of the disease disappear. 35
When the eczema treatment is completed, 3% silver-urotropin reagent is again applied to two adjacent sites.

Данные , полученные до лечени и после его завершени , сравнивают.skin and re-register a comparative differential photometric contrast. The data obtained before and after treatment are compared.
Клинические исследовани проведены на 12 больньпс, страдающих истинной экземой, которые показали, что до лечени показатель сравнительной диффренциальной фотометрической контрастности был в среднем равен 30 - 40%, После лечени у больных на пораженной коже отмечалось усиление прокрашивани и вместе с тем уменьшилс показатель сравнительной дифференциальной фотометрической контрастности до 10-12%, Отмечена пр ма зависимость показател сравнительной дифференциальной контрастности с исчезновением клинических признаков заболевани .Clinical studies were conducted on 12 patients suffering from true eczema, which showed that, prior to treatment, the comparative differential photometric contrast ratio was on average 30–40%. contrast up to 10-12%. A direct dependence of the comparative differential contrast ratio with the disappearance of clinical signs of the disease was noted.
