Устройство содержит руко ть 4, нарнирно соединенную с ней нтанг у 6 и ножи 8 треуго.аьной формы с окнами в верхней части. ЛАежду ножами 8 установлены направл юн1.ие 9 их перемещени . Иа штанге 6 установлена скольз ща втулка 10. В окнах ножей 8 концами установлены горизонтальные брусь 12, соединенные с втулкой 10 посредством упругих муфт 11. На ножах 8 установлены вибровозбудители 14 направленных колебаний. При помош,и гидроцилиндра 13 управлени втулкой 10 происходит раскрытие рабочего органа.
