Abstract

FIELD: pumping plants. SUBSTANCE: pumping plant has electric power pump 2. Starting valve is mounted in discharge line 3 of the pump. Starting valve is made in form of spring-loaded plunger 5 provided with discharge and drainage windows 9 and 10 correspondingly, as well as with restrictor 11 which connected discharge line with drainage. Two channels are made in starting valve. Additional restrictor 7 is mounted inside one channel, and the other channel connects cavity 8 with drainage through windows 10 which have positive overlapping. Discharge window 9 is made with overlap either. During starting of pumping plant, the starting valve communicates pump discharge line with drainage. After electric engine reaches complete set of revolutions it switches supply of the pump to hydraulic system. EFFECT: reduced weight of pumping plant; improved conditions of starting of electric engine. 2 dwg
