Целью изобретени вл етс повышение надежности устройства. Поставленна цель достигаетс тем, что в устройство , содержащее дешифратор 1, блок элементов ИЛИ 2, генератор импульсов 6 и сегментные индикаторы 4 введены блок элементов И 3 и счетчик 5.
