Abstract
The invention is intended for vascular surgery. The purpose of the invention is to prevent the displacement of the framework when restoring its shape in the vessel. A catheter is inserted into the vessel. The straightened skeleton is placed along the conductor and attached by the distal end to the working end of the conductor. A conductor with a skeleton is inserted into the catheter and advanced to the installation site. The catheter is retracted until the skeleton exits the catheter. Hold the frame to restore its shape. The framework is freed from the conductor and the conductor is withdrawn from the vessel. 3 il. with yu SP
Description
This invention relates to medicine, in particular to intravascular surgery.
The aim of the invention is to prevent displacement of the skeleton when restoring its shape in the vessel.
Figure 1 shows the prosthesis guide; Fig. 2 illustrates a straightened conductor in a catheter; in FIG. 3, a prosthesis in the form of a skeleton after recovery of the form.
The method of intravascular prosthesis installation in the form of a skeleton of a material that restores the shape is carried out as follows.
A catheter is preliminarily inserted into the vessel and the wire spring cage is straightened in a cooled saline solution. The rectified frame is arranged along the conductor and. attaching it with the distal end to the working end of the conductor (Figures 1 and 2 then inserting the conductor with the superior frame into the catheter and pushing it to the installation site, retracting the catheter along the conductor until the framework leaves the catheter the vessel until its shape is restored under the action of body heat. After this, the frame is freed from the conductor and the latter is introduced from the vessel.
П р и м.е р. P r and I r. Patient T., 56, suffers from lower limb sclerosis, intermittent claudication. Ill for two years. When pain in the legs appeared, I had to stop because of pain after every 100–150 m of Lechils conservatively with increasing medications - without effect. On entering 11.03.84, the pulsations in the left femoral artery weakened on the right are satisfactory, the popliteal arteries and the arteries of the feet are not detected. There are no graphic disorders. 03/21/84: aortoarteriography was performed - the minor stenosis of the left external iliac artery and the right superficial femoral artery was established. 03/27/84 an endovascular dissection of the left external femoral artery was made by percutaneous access with a balloon catheter, and then as

В результате по вилс пульс на артерии тыла стопы задней большеберцовой артерии слева, «е говор уже о хорошей пульсации на бедренной артерии.the expander is inserted into a spring frame made of an alloy with a shape memory through the same access. The framework is installed in the place of the former stenosis. As a result, vils pulse on the arteries of the rear foot of the posterior tibial artery on the left, “we are already talking about a good pulsation on the femoral artery.
The second stage produced the x-ray endovascular dilatation of the superficial femoral artery with the restoration of the vessel lumen and the appearance of a pulsation in the popliteal artery. During rheography, all indicators at all levels of both lower extremities were noted. Based on functional studies, it has been established that the peripheral blood circulation of the lower extremities after endovascular dilatation and endovascular prosthesis on the left is fully compensated, and the peripheral blood circulation of the right lower extremity has become more intense at all levels. Two days later, the patient feels good, presents no complaints, and has no pain in her legs. It takes up to 2 km. The pulse on the back foot on the left and in the popliteal artery on the right is saved.
Использование предложенного способа обеспечивает установку протеза в виде каркаса из материала, восстанавливающего форму, в требуемое место без его смещени .Using the proposed method ensures that the prosthesis is installed in the form of a skeleton made of a material that restores the shape to the required place without displacing it.
