This invention relates to the pulp and paper industry, namely the production of bleached pulp.
The aim of the invention is to increase the whiteness and yield of cellulose.
Способ хлорировани целлюлозы в процессе отбелки осуществл ют путем обработки целлюлозной суспензии хлором в присутствии добавки, в качестве которой используют фосфит или ги- пофосфит щелочного или щелочноземельного металла или их смесь, при этом добавку берут в количестве 0,01 - 0,25% от массы абсолютно сухого волокна .The method of cellulose chlorination in the bleaching process is carried out by treating the cellulosic suspension with chlorine in the presence of an additive, which uses an alkali or alkaline earth metal phosphite or hypophosphite or their mixture, and the additive is taken in an amount of 0.01-0.25% by weight Absolutely dry fiber.
The introduction of a phosphite or hypophosphite of an alkali or alkaline earth metal at the stage of chlorination of cellulose during its bleaching process inhibits the oxidation reaction. Being strong reducing agents, these salts prevent the development of oxidative reactions that cause the destruction of cellulose.
The proposed method is carried out as follows.
1 ,00Before the chlorination, 0.01 - 0.25% by weight of absolutely dry fiber, phosphite or alkaline or alkaline earth hypophosphite is introduced into the cellulose. The table shows examples of the implementation of the proposed method.
As can be seen from the table, the proposed method allows to increase the yield of pulp after bleaching while at the same time increasing the whiteness of pulp and reducing the consumption of the additive.
