Изобретение относитс к целлюлозно-бумажной промьшшенности, а именно к составам варочных растворов дл получени волокнистого целлюлЬзосодер- жащего полуфабриката из растительного сьфь .The invention relates to the pulp and paper industry, in particular to the composition of cooking solutions for the production of fibrous cellulose containing semi-finished product from vegetable raw material.
The aim of the invention is to increase the yield and improve the physico-mechanical properties of the semi-finished product.
The proposed cooking solution contains, wt%:

Присутствие отработанного щелока от КЩО позвол ет повысить эффективность окислительно-восстановительных процессов взаимодействи варочного раствора с компонентами древесины, в результате чего увеличиваетс выход целлюлозы и улучшаетс ее качество .The presence of spent liquor from the food chemical plant allows to increase the efficiency of the redox processes of interaction of the cooking liquor with the wood components, as a result of which the yield of cellulose increases and its quality is improved.
Ортохи- ноидные структуры, образовавшиес при взаимодействии перекисных соединений отработанного щелока от КЩО с фенольными соединени ми черного сульфатного щелока, способствуют ускорению процесса делигнификации древесины , а также стабилизации полисахаридов .The liquor from KSPO of cellulose contains peroxide compounds and low molecular weight acids - products of oxidative destruction of lignin and polysaccharides, and the spent black liquor - 1 - 1.5% of the mass of a.s. low-grade wood phenols, 10–15% of high-molecular compounds, which are lignin, planted by plants. FI alkaline peroxide can intensively interact with black liquor phenyl compounds with the elimination of methoxyl groups and the formation of orthochinoid structures. Demethylation of phenolic compounds of lignin leads to the formation of orthobenzoquinoid structures, which increase the efficiency of redox processes. The orthohinoid structures formed by the interaction of the peroxide compounds of the spent liquor from the chemical waste chemical plants with the phenolic compounds of the black sulfate liquor, accelerate the process of wood delignification, as well as stabilize the polysaccharides.
