В процессе электролитического осаждени хрома на детали из алюминиевых сплавов наибольшие трудности встречаютс прн подготовке покрываемого объекта. Известно, что после обычного обезжиривани эта операци подготовки сводитс к многократному травлению и промывкам , что вызывает необходимость в дополнительном оборудовании, производственной площади дл установки последнего, а также повышает трудоемкость процессаВ предлагаемом способе непосредственного хромировани деталей из алюминиевых сплавов (типа силумина) эти операции травлени и промывки исключеныТехнологический процесс заключаетс в следуюш;ем. Детали перед хромированием обезжиривают в растворе, содержаш,ем 30-50 г/л углекислого натри , 30-50 г/л фосфорнокислого натри и 20-30 г/л л идкого стекла. Температура раствора равна 70-80°, продолжительность операции 3-5 мин- После промывки в гор чей воде детали анодируют и электролите состава: хромовый ангидрид-250 г/л и серна кислота 2,5 г/л. Режим обработки: плотность тока от 40 до 4 a/d.u, напр жение 50-70 в и продолжительность операции 1-2 жмн.
