The goal is to increase efficiency and oscillation frequency. The electric drive contains an asynchronous motor (AM) with windings connected to the voltage source 2. На фиг, 1 изобрал ен вибрационный электропривод, общий вид на фиг,2 - схема подключени обмоток электродвигател к источнику напр жени .Fig. 1 shows a vibratory electric drive, a general view of Fig. 2, a diagram of the connection of the motor windings to a voltage source.
Вал 3 двигател соединен дополнительным упругим элементом 6 с корпусом 7 двигател .The drive contains an asynchronous motor 1 with windings connected to the source 2 of the voltage. The shaft 3 of the engine is connected through an elastic element 4 with the drive mechanism 5, the vibration of which must be implemented. The shaft 3 of the engine is connected by an additional elastic element 6 with the housing 7 of the engine.
The voltage source contains a triac trigger with capacitive switching, In the arms of it there are series-connected diodes 8 and thyristors 9, the control electrodes of thyristors 9 are connected to the pulse transformer 10, the primary winding of which receives alternating voltage signals. A capacitor 11 is connected between the anodes of the thyristors. In series with the diodes 8, the windings 12 of the induction motor are connected. The common bus winding 12 is connected to the power supply plus, and
катоды тиристоров 9 подключены к минусу источника питани .thyristor cathodes 9 are connected to the power supply minus.
Other embodiments of a pulsed or alternating voltage source are possible.
Vibrating electric drive works as follows.
Через трансформатор 10 напр жение поочередно поступает на управл ющие электроды тиристоров 9, Последние, открыва сь, поочередно питают обмотки 12, Конденсатор 11 способствует закрыванию открытого тиристора 9, Диоды исключают встречное протекание тока в обмотках 12, Прохождение импульсов тока через обмотки 12 формирует качающеес магнитное поле, которое вызывает вибрацию (угловые колебани ) вала электродвигател .Through the transformer 10, the voltage is alternately supplied to the control electrodes of the thyristors 9, the latter open and alternately feed the windings 12, the capacitor 11 facilitates the closing of the open thyristor 9, the diodes eliminate the current flow in the windings 12, a field that causes vibration (angular oscillations) of the motor shaft.
The vibration of the shaft is transmitted through the elastic element 4 to the drive mechanism. When vibrations are excited at the antiresonance frequency, the motor shaft oscillates with a minimum amplitude significantly less than with oscillations without an additional elastic element 6; The frequency of antiresonance can be determined by the following dependency:

0drive mechanism. In this mode, the oscillation amplitude sharply decreases and, consequently, the heat loss decreases significantly (by 20-25%). This results in an increase in efficiency. In addition, it is possible to obtain higher vibration frequencies with the required amplitude. For example, a serial three-phase electric motor with a short-circuited rotor, having an operating frequency of 50 Hz and a moschrost of 250 W, at a frequency of 5 Hz has an amplitude of about 60, and at a frequency of 100 Hz not more than one at one
временном увеличении напр жени питани с 50 В до 150 В, Если необходимо получить колебани с -частотой 200 Гц, то напр жение питани возрастает до 400 В, а это опасно, так как 5 может наступить пробой изол ции,temporarily increasing the supply voltage from 50 V to 150 V; If it is necessary to obtain oscillations with a frequency of 200 Hz, the supply voltage rises to 400 V, and this is dangerous, since 5 there may be a breakdown of the insulation,
We offer a 11V drive significantly expands the frequency range of the shaft oscillations, for example, at a frequency of 200 Hz, the supply voltage does not exceed 250 V at the same load. Increasing the frequency range of the oscillation frequency allows to expand the range of use of the vibrating electric drive,
