п.The invention relates to devices for pressure welding with inductive heating and can be used in installations for welding bipolar electrodes of chemical current sources, for welding titanium sheets for vessel linings, etc.
Целью изобретени вл етс повышение качества сварки за счет увеличе- IQ ни равномерности нагрева, увеличение КПД нагревател .The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of welding due to an increase in IQ or uniform heating, an increase in the efficiency of the heater.
FIG. 1 schematically shows the proposed device; in fig. 2 is a wiring diagram for inducing pro- grammes, water supply; in fig. 3 shows the distribution of electromagnetic forces and the direction of application of compression forces during welding.
5.A multi-phase induction heater (Fig. O is made with a single 2o nitropower 1 of transformer steel sheets or ferrite. On one side of the magnetic circuit there are slots 2, each of which has inductive conductors 3 of the corresponding phase. Coils of inductive conductors 3 are made from the copper tube and secured in the slots 2 of the magnetic core 1 and insulated from it with the help of epoxy resin 4. On the working 30 side of the magnetic core I there is a heat insulating gasket 5.
The device works as follows.
20 /5 .The parts to be welded 6 and 7 are installed on the heat insulating gasket 5 of the heater and compressed with a certain force. Then, through inducing conductors, an alternating current is passed, which is sufficient to heat the welded parts to a given temperature. In this case, as shown by experiments, the best results were obtained at a distance B (Fig. 1) between the edges of inducing conductors in the adjacent phases, which should be at least 2 l / t and not more than 20/5.
2 и З).Between the inducing conductors 1 and 2 of the phase posted by the reverse conductor 3 phase. This ensures the presence of the essentially tangential components of the magnetic induction vector, the oral components in the tooth of the magnit guide have an opposite direction (see Fig. 2 and 3).

A magnetic part, with an electromagnetic field, arises an effort, which seeks to repel parts from this floor. And since the components of the magnetic induction vector are only tangent, the part is compressed by an electromagnetic field.
The induction conductors placed in this way ensure uniform heating of the parts to be welded, which improves the quality of welding, increases the KSH of the heater and the productivity of installations for diffusion welding.
The developed phase heaters extend the capabilities of diffusion welding installations, allowing efficient welding of large parts from various parts of metals and alloys. In installations of multi-phase heaters may be one or more.
The use of inducting conductors in such a heater, as compared with the known device for diffusion welding of bipolar electrodes, which are heated by heating elements through steel shoes, allows bringing them closer to at least 2 L / t, which in turn ensures uniform heating of welded parts, the ability to weld parts of large areas and thicknesses, expanding the possibility of diffusion welding, improving the quality of welding and improving the uniformity of loading phases.
