Abstract
б. (Л со 00 ел 00 оInvention m. used in woodworking industry. The purpose of the invention is the intensification of heat and mass transfer and reduction of energy consumption for drying. For this, the veneer 1 is preheated on rolls 2 of large diameter, heated to 300-310 s with a roll pressure of 1-2 kgf / cm. When the moisture in the outer layers of the veneer boils, the steam diffuses inward, heating it through the entire thickness, which reduces the resistance of the wood and increases its moisture conductivity. This makes it possible to reduce the pressure and the pressure in the second stage on the rolls to 150- and 30-60 kgf / cm. 1 il. (L from 00 ate 00 o
Description
The invention relates to methods of veneer day and can be used in the woodworking industry.
The purpose of the invention is the intensification of heat and mass transfer and the reduction of energy consumption.
The drawing shows the regulative scheme of the proposed method,
The method is carried out as follows.
Raw veneer 1 is fed to rolls 2 of a larger diameter, heated to 300–310 ° C, where it is heated to 90–100 ° C with a roll pressure of 1-2 kgf / cm, and under the action of the HEAT temperature of the first pair of wapes 2 of a larger dia- meter moisture in the outer layers of the veneer instantly boils, the resulting vapor partially diffuses into the interior of the veneer, which leads to a rapid heating of the veneer throughout its thickness. The preliminary heating of the veneer increases the efficiency of spin free moisture at the second stage in the rolling rolls 3 of a smaller diameter. When rolling heated glass, less pressure is required than when rolling unheated veneer, because its resistance to deformation decreases with increasing wood temperature.
In addition, as the temperature rises, the moisture conductivity of the wood increases significantly. For example, at a birch at a temperature of 100 ° C, the moisture conductivity is about 9 times warmer than at 20 ° C. Moisture in the wood becomes less viscous when heated, so its release from the wood is facilitated. Preheating of raw veneer to 90-100 ° C before rolling in rolls is less than its diameter for those heated to 150-160 ° C5. allows to receive after pro
Поскольку при этом боль ,- шее количество влаги удал етс из шпона в виде жидкости, то меньше влаги требуетс испар ть при досушке шпона, а это значит, что сокращаютс затраты тепла на сушку.in a known way by 10-12%, and thus intensify the process of drying veneer. Since this pain, the neck of moisture is removed from the veneer as a liquid, less moisture is required to evaporate when the veneer is dried, which means that the cost of heat for drying is reduced.
10 Preheating of raw veneer in rolls of a larger diameter with small diameters contributes to an increase in the plasticity of the wood, leveling the spike sheets and ensures the supply

15 sheets of veneer in rolls of smaller diameter without corrugation and folds. The absence of a rigid gap between the rollers of a smaller diameter makes it possible to select such a pressure in the range of 30-60 kgf / cm,
