The invention relates to liquid removal devices and can be used in the gas industry in the operation of rim wells.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of fluid removal in order to prevent the abrasive wear of a capillary-porous material.
The drawing shows a diagram of a device for removing fluid from a gas well bottom.
The device comprises a column of lifting pipes 1, in the lower part of which there is a liquid lifting mechanism, made in the form of a capillary-porous material 2 immersed in a liquid, and installed in the chamber 3 formed by the casing 4 and the column of lifting tubes 1. A chamber 3 is placed elastic spiral element 5 with the possibility of interaction with the capillary-porous material 2. The device also contains a periodic-action valve 7 installed in the annulus 6 and placed in the column of lifting pipes 1 eject Hopper element 8. The lower part of the hollow elastic spiral element 5 is connected to the valve 7, and the upper part is connected to the installation zone of the ejector element 8 with the column of lifting pipes 1, in which the channels 9 are filled to allow the liquid to pass under the ejector element.
The device works as follows.
The liquid accumulated on the bottomhole under the action of capillary impregnation rises through the capillary-porous material 2 placed in the casing 4. P1EI closed valve 7 elastic coiled element 5 is in a compressed state. After opening the valve, E 5 expands, presses onto the surface of material 2 and squeezes the liquid accumulated in it through channel 9 into KPT 1. The liquid is dispersed in zone E 8 and transported into the well. 1 il.

7, the spiral element 5 enters the gas from the –targeted space of the spiral element 5 expands, presses onto the surface of the capillary-porous material 2 and squeezes the liquid accumulated in it through the channels 9 into the column of the lifting turbine 1. The expansion of the elastic spiral element 5 occurs due to the fact that the pressure in the annulus Bbmie than in the pipe, when the well through the pipes. The fluid that enters the lifting pipe string 1 is dispersed in the zone of the ejector element 8 and is discharged from the well. After closing the valve 7 due to the fact that the pressure in the zone between the ejector element 8 and the column of the lifting pipes 1, as a result of the ejector effect, is lower than in the zone of the channels 9, the spiral elastic element 5 is compressed and the process is repeated. The frequency of actuation of the valve 7 is selected depending on the rate at which the fluid enters the well bottom.
Thus, in the proposed device, the wear of the porous capillary material is completely prevented, which increases the durability and reliability of the device, and this prevents the reduction of the gas well flow rate due to accumulated liquid.
