Изобретение относитс к офтальмологии . Цель изобретени - стойка нормализаци внутриглазного давлени . Выкраивают конъюнктивальный лоскут и поверхностный склеральный лоскут. Производ т иссечение глубоких слоев склеры и диатермокоагул щш части цилиарного тела. Затем подшивают гидрогелиевый дренаж к внутренней губе вершины сформированного склерального окна. Иссекают участок дилиарного, тела и свободный конец гидрогелиевого дренажа ввод т в заднюю камеру глаза. Иссекают обнаженный участок цилиарного тела. Свободный конец гидрогелиевого дренажа вврд т в заднюю камеру на глубину 1 - 2,5 мм Поверхностный склеральный лоскут возвращают на свое прежнее место и фиксируют узловыми швами.
